UNDER THE SIGN OF CAPRICORN (NAMIBIA)
Imitating art again, nature gives me a return visit to a Pratt's album in the footsteps of the pierced-eared sailor.
The golden light of the first sun above the horizon illuminates in wonder my face and the sign next to the desolate road in the middle of nowhere. In vain I look on the ground for the dashed line that threads the maps between the edges of the sheet. Here there is only red dirt, blond grass and blue sky. Perhaps at night the austral roof draws on the moor the constellation's curved horns but I have to go now. There is way ahead. Namibia continues.
